Mr. Nasir Gondal expanded into construction by founding Hakim Builders, a subsidiary of Gondal Group. With a skilled team, Hakim Builders has delivered numerous project and many are ongoing residential and commercial projects, renowned for quality and timely delivery, cementing his reputation as a multifaceted industry leader.
Mr. Nasir Gondal launched The Sultan Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel chain, to promote tourism and provide investors with guaranteed rental income. This venture highlights his ability to turn ideas into successful projects benefiting its members.
Mr. Nasir Gondal founded Pakistan’s first real estate academy, the Pakistan Business Academy, to share his expertise and train future entrepreneurs. The academy has empowered many to excel in the real estate sector, driving industry growth and modernization.
